REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under the fault of PARDON MY HUSTLE' damage policy.

• All damaged returns will be issued online store credit
• You are responsible for shipping your items back to the address provided within 7 business days of your purchase.
• We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.
• Please allow 7-10 business days to process your damage return 
• PARDON MY HUSTLE is not liable for any carrier-related shipping issues. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $55 in the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available for select eligible regions:

Standard Shipping - $7 | FREE on orders over $130

Express Shipping - $12

All items are shipped within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment. Weekends and Holidays are excluded. Once your order is fulfilled we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.
